The process we go through for recruitment is to make sure we have the following in place before any member of staff goes onto an assignment:
- Full CV with no gaps
- Maths and English test
- 2 references going back 6 years
- Up to date training certificates
- 2 forms of Identification
- Criminal record check
- Proof of address
